Course Description:

This content-rich presentation prepares healthcare administrators, CEOs trustees, managers and supervisors to create an environment that stimulates productivity and creative thinking, while neutralizing inevitable conflict.  The root causes of individual and healthcare organizational conflict are identified, along with the typical factors that increase workplace tension. Participants will learn strategies, techniques and methods to reduce or neutralize the negative influences of conflict that contribute to low productivity, disruptive behaviors, harassment claims and potential violence.  The content is focused on developing the skills of effective conflict resolution while building trust and maintaining successful workplace relationships.
