  • · Through an understanding that retention begins with the recruitment process, a systems approach is utilized to present the 12 step “ING” process that will result in an “ Engaged Employee’’. “Engaged Employees” result in increased retention, patient satisfaction, facility productivity and positive community relationships while decreasing costs...

 

The presentation will include examples of successful implementation for each step of the “ING’ process.
