Course Description:

For many complex reasons, the increases in negativity and employees with oppositional attitudes have become an epidemic in today’s healthcare environment.  This program focuses on understanding the causes and pervasiveness of today’s healthcare negativity and offers specific strategies for neutralizing its overall impact.  The issues of individual, departmental and organizational negativity will be identified.  Participants will learn to deal effectively with the negativity of management, staff, peers, patients and their families.
